Don Kirshner's Rock Concert is an American television music variety show that ran during the 1970s and early 1980s, created and produced by Don Kirshner and syndicated to television stations, initially through Viacom Enterprises, and later through Syndicast. It premiered on September 27, 1973, with a performance by The Rolling Stones and The Doobie Brothers; its last episode was in 1981.

Dororon Enma-kun (ドロロンえん魔くん), also known as Satanikus!, is a Japanese horror-comedy anime and manga series created by Go Nagai. It is one of Nagai's most famous works in Japan, although not very well known in the rest of the world. In 2006, it would get a sequel/remake in Demon Prince Enma, which drops the comedy and becomes a full-fledged suspense-horror series.

Dusty's Trail is an American Western/comedy series starring Bob Denver and Forrest Tucker that aired in syndication from September 11, 1973 to March 12, 1974. The series is a western-themed reworking of Denver's previous series Gilligan's Island. The series, set in the 1880s, is about a small, diverse cluster of lost travelers who become separated from their wagon train.

The Six Million Dollar Man is an American science fiction and action television series, running on ABC from March 7, 1973, to March 6, 1978, about a former astronaut, USAF Colonel Steve Austin, portrayed by Lee Majors. After being seriously injured in a NASA test flight crash, Austin is rebuilt (at considerable expense, hence the title of the series) with bionic implants that give him superhuman strength, speed and vision. Austin is then employed as a secret agent by a fictional U.S.

Pipkins (originally Inigo Pipkin) is a British children's TV programme. Hartley Hare, Pig, Topov, Octavia and the gang were the stars of ATV's pre-school series which ran from 1 January 1973 to 29 December 1981. Police Story is an American anthology crime drama television series that aired weekly on NBC from September 25, 1973, through April 5, 1977, followed by a season of irregularly scheduled television film specials from September 27, 1977, to May 28, 1978, with three further television films screened in 1979, 1980, and 1987. The show was created by author and former police officer Joseph Wambaugh and was described by The Complete Directory of Prime Time Network and Cable TV Shows as "one of the more realistic police series to be seen on television". It was produced by David Gerber and Mel Swope.

Superstars was a televised sporting event featuring top athletes from different sports competing in a series of events that were not their own. The idea was developed by Dick Button and it first aired as a two-hour ABC Sports special in the winter of 1973. By the end of 1973, a similar event appeared in Great Britain and within a few years, separate competitions were being held in other countries including Australia, Canada, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand and Sweden.
